By purchasing an Oltao product, you agree to the following terms. These conditions are designed to ensure a fair, transparent, and trustworthy experience for every customer.
Goods can be exchanged within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt. However, any product that has been opened and installed cannot be exchanged.
Customers are required to retain the Invoice cum Delivery Note for all future reference and communication purposes.
Delivery will be made to the address specified on the order by the customer. The risk associated with the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
We recommend installation by our technical team (if available) upon request, subject to a nominal charge.
Products are covered under a technical warranty for any manufacturing defects for a period of two years from the date of this invoice. However, electrical items such as tubes, bulbs, chokes, drivers, and remotes damaged due to power fluctuation will not be covered under warranty.
Parts broken or damaged after delivery cease to be under warranty.
In the event of any dispute arising from this transaction, it shall be within the jurisdiction of the courts of Udaipur. All other disputes should be referred to a sole arbitrator as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996.
Any liability arising due to damages to persons (including death of the person), objects, and to the product itself, due to any reason attributed to the product sold under this Invoice, will be limited solely to the cost of the subject product. No other claim will be admissible or accepted.
